At no time will the instructor of this class or No Dog Left Behind or any of it's affiliates be liable or responsible for the actions of myself, my dog or any other person whom accompanies me to class.Any video recordings or photos taken by any staff members of NDLB will be considered to be the property of No Dog Left Behind. This content may be used for marketing or training purposes in the future. You can ask to not be recorded or filmed at class while it is happening and we will honor that request, always. I commit to do the work outlined by the Trainer of this class and any homework assignments that are offered. I understand that I am responsible for my results and doing the work to achieve them. *
I understand that children and young adults under the age of 16 are required to have an adult accompany them to class.*
