ESCALAR is the GHCC Hispanic Business Center’s procurement readiness program. We help established businesses meet the documentation, compliance, and onboarding requirements that corporate and government buyers expect, so you can pursue opportunities with confidence.

Who ESCALAR is for:

• Businesses operating 2 years or more
• Registered with the Georgia Secretary of State
• Ready to organize key business documents and respond to procurement requirements
• Interested in pursuing corporate or government buyers in the next 6–8 months

Deliverables You Will Build

• A buyer-ready Supplier Readiness Portfolio
• A strong capability statement and supplier profile
• A clear gap checklist and step-by-step plan to close it
• A quoting and cost worksheet to support pricing decisions
• A bid response toolkit and a 90-day contracting action plan

Support You Will Receive

• Practical workshops focused on procurement requirements and supplier onboarding
• 1:1 advising to review documents, correct issues, and complete deliverables
• Track-based guidance and accountability to help you finish what matters
• Direct engagement with procurement experts

Program fee

• The application is free to submit.
• If selected, the program fee is $1,500.
