An overview
Upon activation of an alert, our Service Team will initiate a direct call to the Personal Alarm, which will be promptly answered automatically. The two-way voice call feature enables our Service Team to offer assistance and ensure the individual's well-being before any further steps are taken.
Accidental alert activation
Should there be accidental alert activations or during device testing, please inform our service team. No actions will be taken in such instances.
No response to voice call:
If there is no audible response from the device holder, it will be assumed that an incident has occurred. At this juncture, you have the option to either contact Emergency Services first and subsequently inform three Personal Contacts, or alternatively, reach out to the provided SOS contacts before contacting Emergency Services, prioritizing their safety.
When assistance is needed:
Upon the individual's request for assistance, our Service Team will gather additional details about the situation. Depending on the severity, they will promptly contact Emergency Services or reach out to the SOS contacts, choosing the best course based on the available information..
