The Old Dominion Scholarship Application site collects two general types of information: (a) information you voluntarily provide through the site, which may include personal information (such as your demographic information, essay response, etc.), and (b) information the application has required for qualification or eligibility purposes (such as major, GPA, student college info, etc.). Old Dominion (VA) Chapter, The Links, Incorporated does not sell or make available any information about applicants or their data without the expressed permission of students and parents/guardians except as might be required by a law enforcement agency in regard to copyright/patent violations or unlawful acts. Old Dominion (VA) Chapter, The Links, Incorporated, maintains a database of user information, which is used only for internal purposes such as award determinations, records keeping and connecting with students in the future term. This Scholarship Application collects personal information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide. It is this site's general practice to use personal information only for the purposes for which it was requested, and any additional uses specifically stated on the jotform.com site.
