3. We will be sharing your names and email addresses with our technical and support teams for access to and any communications for the conference. Please check that your email address is accurate.

4. Please email the secretariat and odpnacctng@gmail.com for request of Billing Statements. Original copies of the statement can be picked up during the ODLAB 2024. Otherwise, participants will have to make arrangements for pick-up from our office.

5. Original copies of the Official Receipts and Certificates of Participation will be released on-site, towards the end of the ODLAB 2024. Any request for original copies before and after then will be handled by the participant or their organization.

6. The learning event may be recorded or documented. Your participation in this event gives ODPN the right to use the recording, documents, videos and pictures taken during the said event for any legitimate ODPN purpose/s.
