We cannot guarantee that your name will be called during the roll call for any registration information received after Monday, February 17th.

Please list the name and address of each CATECHUMEN (unbaptized adults and children, age 7 or older).

Names will be called out during the celebration.

* Please put an "X" in front of a child"s name (between the ages of 7 and 18).
