Lunch Reimbursement Notice

Lunch expenses for watch party attendees may be eligible for reimbursement with required receipts. To help us keep accurate records and support reimbursement, everyone who participates in the meal must be registered for the conference as an attendee. This includes attendees, staff, exhibitors, volunteers, and any other participants.

Registration also helps us confirm who attended and ensures participants are eligible for conference prizes.

Meal reimbursement is available up to $14.00 per person, with the total reimbursement not to exceed $200.00. If you anticipate the total lunch expense will exceed $200.00, please contact us before making the purchase so the additional amount can be reviewed for possible reimbursement.

Receipts are required for all reimbursement requests. A committee member will follow up with reimbursement instructions and next steps.
