  • Guidelines on Payment Plans

    • Payment Plans must be concluded before the next new invoice is issued on your Account/s;
    • Failure to comply with an agreed Payment Plan may result in further collections action (where additional costs may apply);
    • Direct Debits can be set up for agreed amounts under each Payment Plan;
    • Payment Plans will be agreed upon by both parties before being established.
