Our Guarantee
We offer lifetime support on all obedience/hunt behaviors covered in the respective program. Should you feel your dog has forgotten or lost the ability to execute any behaviors learned in the program, contact us for a no cost evaluation.
Your dog will learn basic obedience behaviors and/or hunt development behaviors as described to you during consultation.
We require a handler training session at pick up or delivery. It is highly recommended all handlers attend (spouses, children, etc).
Your Guarantee
You agree to commit time daily to reinforce the behaviors learned in the program. You understand that everyone in the household that will handle the dog should be proficient in handling techniques in order for training to remain successful. You are committed to using reward-based handling first and corrective/punitive handling second.
Hold Harmless
The safety & well being of all participants is our first priority. Should your dog need medical care, we will administer First Aid and/or professional veterinary care, and contact you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse further participation and may refund all or a portion of the program fee at our discretion. By signing below, Owner agrees to the terms of our programs and hold harmless On Point Development, LLC, and any and all third parties for any incident that may occur before, during or after the program, and agrees that from the date Owner takes back possession of the dog, owner accepts all liability for the actions of the dog.
