    100 Who Care Alliance Leadership Conference

  • The 100 Who Care Alliance formally announces a call for speaker proposals for the 2025 100 Who Care Leadership Conference on Thursday, September 18th - Saturday, September 20th at The Embassy Suites in Grand Rapids, MI. 

    Workshops are selected because they provide exceptional educational value, development of a particular skill or hands on component that is creative and unique! Have an idea that's outside the box? We'd love to hear it! 

    To have your idea or concept entered for consideration, simply complete this form. Your input is valued and will be carefully reviewed by 100 Who Care Alliance leadership. Submitting ideas does not guarantee your presentation will be included in the 2025 Leadership Conference.

    Most presentations last 1 hour, although we may have limited number of 90 minute or 2 hour sessions during the conference. Please include time for questions and interaction with the class. Class size is typically between 25 and 70 per class depending on the size of the room.

    Workshops and panels take place Friday, September 19th (morning and afternoon) and Saturday, September 18th (morning and early afternoon). 

    A special 100 Who Care Starting a Giving Circle panel will take place Thursday, September 18 and we encourage current 100 Who Care giving circle leaders with a specific expertise they can share to apply to be on the panel.

    The deadline to submit a proposal is June 14, 2025.  Proposal selections and declinations will be communicated on or before June 23, 2025.

    Presenters are given a full conference pass, but hotel and travel are the responsibility of the speaker.

      As a speaker, you agree to our Terms & Conditions: granting permission to 100 Who Care Alliance the rights of your image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration; agreeing that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears; and waiving any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image or recording and understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area. These Terms & Conditions apply in perpetuity, for all content created and collected during the 2025 100 Who Care Alliance Leadership Conference.  The speaker is responsible for travel expenses to/from the conference.

      Release of Liability

      In consideration for being allowed to participate in this Activity, I release from liability and waive my right to sue 100 Who Care Alliance, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents (collectively “100 Who Care Alliance”) from any and all claims, including claims of 100 Who Care Alliance's negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death), COVID-19 exposure, or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this Activity, travel to and from the Activity (including air travel), or any events incidental to this Activity.

      Expressed Assumption of Risk

      I am voluntarily participating in this Activity. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this Activity, such as physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the Activity location(s) or facility(ies). Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this Activity, whether known or unknown to me, including travel to and from the Activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Activity

      Hold Harmless

      I agree to hold 100 Who Care Alliance harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation in this Activity, including travel to and from the Activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Activity. If 100 Who Care Alliance incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse 100 Who Care Alliance.
