    If you are interested in using the Alliance Zoom account for your meeting, please complete and send this form. Requests will be honored in the order in which they were received. We can not guarantee that we will be able to honor any requests made with less than two weeks lead time.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Meetings are being scheduled in 1.5 hour blocks, this includes one hour for your meeting and a half hour for you and your team to log in and get settled before your meeting starts.

    Before selecting a time below check here to see a calendar view for which dates/times are already taken.  Please note the timezone set on the calendar.

    The time requested below is the time your meeting gavels in to begin, NOT the time in which you plan to log in and get settled. (e.g. A meeting that begins at 7:00 pm will be set for that time, however, you will be able to log in at 6:30 pm.) Please be sure to include YOUR time zone.
