Please Note:

Upon successful completion of Basic Staff Training, participants will be awarded certification. Additionally, the courses offered for Adventurer Club Instructor, Adventurer Club Director, and Master Guide will be credited towards your total program progress.

REMINDER: Unfortunately, there will not be accommodations for children. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Cabin Accommodations

Cabin assignments will be made after registration closes and will depend on the total number of participants and the cabins available. While we cannot guarantee specific arrangements, we will make every effort to accommodate preferences whenever possible.

Our goal is to prioritize cabin assignments in the following order, as space allows:

1. Couples sharing a cabin together, with single attendees assigned to gender-specific cabins.
2. Multiple couples sharing a cabin together, with single attendees assigned to gender-specific cabins.
3. All-male and all-female cabins.

To help us plan, please provide: 

1. Your spouse's name, if you would like to stay together, if possible.
2. The names of same-gender individuals you would be comfortable sharing a cabin with.

Providing this information gives us the greatest flexibility to create the best possible cabin arrangements based on the final registration numbers.
