We are not able to assist with nonresident returns or new or renewing ITINs. For Your Appointment:
You are required to participate in a health screening at the door prior to entry and wear a mask covering your nose and mouth during the entire appointment. Only one person, either taxpayer or spouse, may attend the appointment. Wait outside the south door for a Site Navigator to let you into the building. Please no children, other relatives, or friends. You will need to provide photo IDs for the taxpayer and spouse, and social security cards (or ITINs) for everyone on the return.

All appointments are drop-off. You will participate in an interview and review of your documents with a tax preparer. All of your documents will be scanned. Your return will be completed at another time. You will have the option of reviewing and signing your return remotely, or by a follow-up appointment.

Completing the Intake Sheet prior to the appointment, the Schedule C Readiness Form for self-employment or contract work, and the Schedule E Readiness Form for rental property owners is helpful. Forms are emailed with your appointment confirmation. Please print the completed forms and bring them to your appointment.

Please ensure you have all needed documents for all years you are filing, including W2s, retirement distributions, unemployment, gambling winnings, and 1095As for Marketplace insurance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule this appointment, please cancel the appointment through the email or text with a cancellation link, and make a new appointment through the website.
