Tax Appointment

Fill out this form to schedule a Tax Filing Appointment with Family Housing Advisory Services, Omaha EITC Coalition at one of their tax season locations. You may only schedule appointments online to file original or amended tax returns for the past 3 years. Scheduling an appointment for any other service may result in you not being assisted. We are not able to assist with nonresident returns. If you need any other service or assistance, you will need to leave a detailed message at our office at 402-934-6750.
