Vendors must be approved by the Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) before participating in any OLA-sanctioned events. Only vendors listed on the OLA Approved Vendor List may operate at OLA tournaments and events. This application collects your business information and required documentation to determine eligibility for the OLA Approved Vendor Program, which must be renewed annually. Approved vendors are required to pay a $300 annual OLA Approved Vendor Fee. Vendors are also responsible for obtaining any required municipal permits, licences, or approvals necessary to operate at OLA events and tournaments.
Approved vendors may attend OLA Invitational Tournaments. Vendors interested in participating at OLA Special Events may do so for additional event-specific fees that are sold separately, which you may indicate interest in later in this application. Participation in tournaments and events are subject to availability and approval by tournament coordinators following approval by the Ontario Lacrosse Association.
Before starting the application, please ensure you have the following documents ready for upload:
- Ontario Business Registration
- PST/GST Registration (if registered)
- Principal Owner Driver’s Licence
- Certificate of Insurance with a minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage and "Ontario Lacrosse Association" MUST be listed as “Additionally Insured.”
All vendors are required to submit the above documentation as part of the application process.
You will also have the option to upload a business logo that may be used by the OLA for vendor listings, event promotion, or social media.
All documents are kept confidential and are used solely for administrative and verification purposes by the Ontario Lacrosse Association.
