Inter-Zone Game Request Form

All organizers of Minor Box Inter-Zone games must follow the Ontario Lacrosse Association’s rules and regulations governing games played outside their Zone’s regular schedule. These regulations apply to all such games, including exhibition games, interlock games, Fun Days, and any other games not listed on the approved Zone schedule during the season.

I confirm that I am the Club Scheduler or Rep Director authorized to submit this request on behalf of my club and that this request is for a game between teams from two different Zones. Games involving teams within the same Zone must be arranged through the appropriate Zone Scheduler.
I acknowledge that all Inter-Zone games must comply with the Ontario Lacrosse Association’s Inter-Zone Game Guidelines and applicable OLA rules and regulations.
I acknowledge that cancellations or schedule changes to approved Inter-Zone games may be subject to the fees and fines outlined in Section 10 of the OLA Inter-Zone Game Guidelines.
