  • Ooh La La Travel's expert travel planning and vacation design service provides you peace of mind and helps you to find the best travel value by researching and customizing trips that fit your wants, needs, budget and most importantly your personality!

    As your travel consultant, my role includes, but is not limited to the following:

    • Options based on our discussion during  consultation
    • Booking of air, accommodations, transfers, insurance and pre-planned excursions or tours
    • Handling of payments
    • Pre-trip preparedness
    • Detailed itinerary
    • Support while traveling
    • Post-trip follow-up

  • Payment Schedule

  • Travel planning involves time and research. Our personalized itineraries are built upon on-site experience and professional expertise.  The preferred supplier partners and resources that we select will be based on ability to meet your specific travel needs of you and your travel party as stated during our consultation. Your final itinerary will provide a travel experience that should meet or exceed your expectations.

    In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a deposit of $400 is required. This deposit is due at the time of agreement and will be used towards your final payment. THIS IS NOT A FEE.  However, if you decide to not travel or book your vacation with Ooh La La Travel within 30 days of this agreement, the $400.00 deposit is non refundable.

     

  • Retainer Agreement

  • By submitting this form and/or providing payment, I give authorization for Ooh La La Travel  to charge my card for the Plan to Travel deposit.  I understand this will be used towards my final payment or retained by Ooh La La Travel in the event I do not travel or cancel for any reason.

  • Changes/Cancellations

  • This service agreement only applies to vacation planning provided by Ooh La La Travel.  This agreement does not represent resort, airlines and other wedding vendor services.  Any resort, airline or vendor penalties incurred by the traveler as a result of cancellation are the sole responsibility of the traveler as presented in subsequent contracts.

    Please note that a signed copy of this agreement must be received by Ooh La La Travel before planning can begin. We will notify you upon receipt of this agreement.
