We’re sad to see you go, but so grateful you’ve been part of our journey.

Before we part ways (for now, at least!), we just need a few quick details to process your cancellation smoothly.

Please note:

All fields on this form are compulsory, and we’re only able to process your cancellation once your rented items have been received by our warehouse.

To ensure this, you must:

Upload your proof of postage or collection receipt below
Mark all items as returns in your account, so we can track them on our end

To ensure cancellation is processed in time, items must be sent back to us at least 5 working days prior to your membership renewal date.

If you’re unsure when your next renewal is due, you can check this by logging into your account and going to:
Account → Membership → Renews
(Your billing date stays the same each month)
