Community Spotlight Stall – Terms & Conditions

Our Community Spotlight Stall is part of our commitment to supporting local causes and is available to local charities, community groups, and not-for-profit organisations who positively contribute to our community.

Purpose

The stall is intended for community engagement, awareness, education, and fundraising.
It provides an opportunity to connect with the Origins Market community and share your cause.

Availability

The stall is offered complimentary (free of charge).
Available Thursday to Sunday, 8:30am – 6:00pm.
Bookings are limited to one organisation per weekend.

Booking & Use

Organisations may attend for the full weekend or selected days/times within their booking.
Use of the stall must align with community-focused, not-for-profit activity.
Commercial trading or for-profit sales are not permitted.

Setup & Operation

Stallholders are responsible for their own setup, pack down, and equipment (e.g. signage, displays, EFTPOS if required).
The stall space must be kept clean, tidy, and respectful of neighbouring vendors and shared areas.

Liability & Insurance

Stallholders are responsible for arranging their own public liability insurance.
Origins Market is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of property.
Stallholders are responsible for any damage caused to market premises.

Health & Safety

All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged prior to use.
Stallholders must comply with all relevant safety requirements while onsite.

Cancellations

Origins Market reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Stallholders are asked to provide as much notice as possible if unable to attend.

Marketing & Promotion

Stallholders consent to photography and promotional use of their stall by Origins Market.
Organisations are encouraged to promote their attendance through their own channels.

Parking & Access

Complimentary parking is available in the public carpark at the front of Origins Market.
Entry is via the three public doors at the front of the building.

Transactions

Any fundraising or sales are handled directly by the organisation.
Please ensure you can accept cash and/or EFTPOS, as Origins Market cannot process transactions or provide change.

ATM

An ATM is located outside the building near The Market Bar glass doors.

Agreement

By submitting an application or registration, organisations acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
