YOUR ORLANDO CHRISTMAS EVENING ITINERARY
5:30pm On arrival guests are welcome to purchase a drink from the bar then head to the veranda to mingle and hit some golf balls! First course breads are served approx 30 minutes after arrival along with unlimited golf balls and the Orlando "Range Competition" with the winner up for a prize. 6.45pm All guests will be invited inside for the remaining two dinner courses themed with a hint of Christmas, beginning with an Orlando main followed by dessert and tea & coffee to finish 9.00pm Guests are welcome to head back out on the veranda and onto the range with a tea/coffee or a drink. 9.30pm The lights go low and the music turns up! We will make sure 'The Gambler' and 'Wagon Wheel' are on the playlist! 10.15pm conclusion Your Christmas event comes to an end and all guests depart Orlando Country by 10.30pm. (please have transport arranged for your guests for a 10.15pm departure).
YOUR LAKE HOUSE CHRISTMAS DAY ITINERARY

On arrival guests gather on the veranda and are welcome to purchase a drink from the bar then have a few practice shots at golf while you mingle.
First course breads served soon after and we will also run the Orlando range competition for all guests, with the winner up for the Orlando Bar Tab.

12.30pm
All guests will be invited inside for the remaining 2 course lunch themed with a hint of Christmas and beginning with Orlando main followed by dessert with tea and coffee to finish.

3.00pm
Depart Orlando Country at 3:15pm..

Guests arrival from 5.30pm - we will be there to help greet your guests Canapés served to guests by Orlando staff Unlimited driving range balls and clubs are supplied by Orlando Country with no charge for your range bays We have a PA and AV system should Refreshments can be either tabbed on consumption or via cash bar Your business is welcome to bring signage to display on the veranda and in your driving range bay area.

On The Day Dietary Changes

To reduce wastage and additional cost, all special menu order guests wishing to alter their menu requirements on the day of & opt for the regular menu, will result in an extra full menu charge. Also any "last minute" or "on the day" special menus (if we are able to provide them), are added to your final invoice as an “additional” menu

Managing Guest Transport & Departure
Pre-arranged transport is required for all guests departing Orlando Country

Guests must depart (with pre organised Taxis/ Bus sober driver car etc) @ the agreed finish time.
**Please note that a late guest charge of $10.00pp per 30-minute unit is automatically added to your account for all guests on site / inside the property gates beyond our itinerary.
This above fee allows us to then re- allocate staff resources appropriatly.
