REFUND POLICY: All package purchases are final and non-refundable due to the time, effort, expertise, customization, and resources invested in creating and delivering your individualized sleep plan and support.
At Imamami's sole discretion, a partial refund may be granted for unused Full Support days included within a package. No refunds will be provided for any other service or deliverable, including but not limited to sleep plans, consultations, review calls, follow-up emails, or support already rendered.
Any approved refund will be calculated solely based on the value of unused Full Support days remaining at the time of the refund request. No refunds will be issued for completed services, delivered materials, or support already provided.
