    ·         You should hand your keys in to your local office no later 10am on the date your tenancy ends, or on the date previously agreed by us, or rent will continue to be charged, this will not be covered by Housing Benefit.  You will also be charged for the cost of replacing any locks.

    ·         Please leave the premises, including garden and driveway, in a clean and tidy condition at vacation

    ·         Any problems or repairs not due to fair wear and tear, including ‘improvements’ that you do not have our written permission for

    ·         Clearance costs for any rubbish left in and around the property
