The 2026 AdironDuck Race weekend is April 24 – 26th, 2026.
If you are interested in volunteering, RSVP by April 12th, 2026. We are asking the following of interested volunteers:
1. We encourage volunteers to arrive sometime on Friday.
2. All volunteers will report to breakfast by 8:00 AM on Saturday and assist with preparations throughout the day.
3. All volunteers will need to be at breakfast at 7:00 AM on Sunday to eat, meet with their teams, and be ready to go by 7:45 AM.
4. On Sunday, we need assistance from all volunteers in the cleanup process. This goes incredibly quickly when everyone gets to it.
5. Be prepared for all types of weather. We have experienced every type of weather possible over the years.
6. We have heaters available for all buildings, but some volunteers will need to stay in our seasonal staff cabins. Bring warm bedding.
7. If a family with children is coming to camp, it is OK if one spouse is dedicated to watching their children while the other goes on a work crew. We want your children to be safe and your family to be happy.
8. If you are bringing your dog, you must have a crate in your sleeping area for when the dog is unattended. Keep dogs on a leash and pick up any excrement. Please consider the alternative option of leaving your dogs at home.
10. In exchange for your dedication and work, each volunteer will receive the following:
- Friday and Saturday night lodgings.
- Saturday breakfast, lunch, & dinner.
- Sunday breakfast & lunch
- Volunteer T-shirt
