Utilities Kingston is working on a new customer experience strategy to improve how people access and use utility services. We want to hear directly from residents about what’s working, what could be better, and how we can make services easier to understand and use.
This session is specifically for seniors who want to share their perspective and help shape the future of customer service in Kingston.
