T&C's* This field is required.Owl Eyes Childcare Services are a booking Agency, we are here to use our connections and expertise to connect Nannies/Babysitters with Families and Businesses in need of Childcare. Our aim is to accommodate both our Family Clients and our recruited Nannies/Babysitters to the best ability and knowledge. However, Owl Eyes are not responsible for the Nannies/Babysitters once they enter your home. Your individual arrangements with your chosen Nanny/Babysitter, once a Placement is made, are private. Owl Eyes have interviewed all candidates that are referred to our Clients; we have collected copies of their CVs/Resumes, Police Clearances, Working With Children Checks [WWCC - WA] or equivalent, First Aid Certificates and Childcare related Qualifications (if applicable). Owl Eyes are not responsible for anyone disclosing false information. Once a Nanny/Babysitter has been accepted by you, for your Position, any further dealings between them and yourself, i.e. change of shift times, last-minute cancellations (on your behalf) and hourly payments (Nannies), will be separate from Owl Eyes and you will need to communicate with one another privately. If any unforeseen circumstances lead one of our Nannies/Babysitters cancelling their Service/Booking with you, with or without sufficient notice, it will be Owl Eyes’ responsibility to find a suitable replacement. [Please note, your Nanny Placement/Casual Booking fees are non-refundable once Agency work has commenced. Once you have completed the payment steps and employed the Agency to work on your position, these funds are utilised for Agency time and resources. Please ask us about our separate Au-Pair Placement refund policy] Your initial Booking/Placement with the Owl Eyes Service is included under your Startup/Registration fee (this includes the organisation of your Permanent Nanny Placement and the interviews/recruitment/time involved in working through this process with you or your first Casual booking with one of our Babysitters). For each separate or new Booking/Placement you make with us after your initial Booking has been finalised, this Fee will be required again. By proceeding to the next step, you are accepting all of the above T&Cs; and we look forward to finding you you most suited Nanny/Babysitter!
