Please use this form to let us know if you would like to be involved in volunteering at the Manningtree Christmas Market on Saturday 5th December 2026.

There are four initiatives where we really need your help - please feel free to sign up for as many, or as few, as you can.

1.  Free Shuttle Bus from Station to Town and back.

The task is to welcome visitors at the Station who have come by train or parked in the Station Car Park, and provide info on the free Shuttle Bus.

Hi-viz and leaflets provided. We will explain details at start of your shift.

2. Supporting Recycling

The task is to encourage visitors to put their rubbish in the correct Recycling Bin, so we recycle as much as possible at the Christmas Market.  There will be Bins for: Paper & Card; Plastic, tins, cans & glass; Food waste; Residual Waste. If we do not have Volunteers at the bins to explain the difference, then everything gets mixed up and contaminated. We will also be encouraging people to do the same back home.

3. PACE Stall about Recycling and More

The task is to staff the Stall, answer visitors' questions about recycling, show them the different recyclables and explain where these go to be sorted and their final destination.

4. Helping the Primary School Choirs

Please tick if you can make this two hour slot which is about supporting the children, getting them into position, providing them with drinks and nibbles.
