I AGREE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF $12.00 A DAY FOR EACH CAGE WHILE BOARDING. PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF PICKUP. MY PARROT/BID WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNLESS PAYMENT IS MADE OR A CLEAR AGREEMENT WAS MADE AHEAD OF TIME. I AGREE TO BRIN FOOD AND TREATS THAT WILL LAST THE DURATION OF HIS/HER STAY WITH PARROT OUTREACH SOCEITY. IF THE FOOD I PROVIDED RUNS OUT, I AGREE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL SUM OF $2.00 A DAY FOR EACH DAY PARROT OUTREACH HAS TO PROVIDE FOOD.
•      I understand that Parrot Outreach Society is not liable for any illness, sickness, injury or death during or thereafter boarding, if all reasonable precautions for these related incidents were met by the team at Parrot Outreach Society.

•        I understand that Parrot Outreach Society will have other birds boarding in the same room as my parrot/bird and those birds may NOT be tested for bird specific parrot/bird diseases.

•      I understand that if I do not retrieve My parrot/bird or contact Parrot Outreach to make further arrangements within 30 days following my scheduled pick-up date, my Parrot/Bird becomes property of Parrot Outreach Society and may be put up for adoption.

•      I understand that Parrot Outreach Society will provide food for my bird if he/she is to run out. I will reimburse Parrot Outreach in full at the time of pickup.
IMPORTANT!!

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT STARTING JANUARY 1ST, 2024 ALL BOARDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE FULL DISEASE TESTING IN ORDER TO STAY AT PARROT OUTREACH SOCIETY. PLEASE MAKE TIME ON ANY SATURDAY (ATLEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR BOARDING APPOINTMENT) TO BRING YOUR BIRD IN FOR DISEASE TESTING. WE WILL PULL THE TEST (WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU) AND WE WILL GIVE YOU ALL PAPERWORK THAT YOU NEED TO SEND TO THE LAB. PLEASE BE
ADIVSDED WE REQUIRE FOUR TESTS INCLUDING BEAK AND FEATHER DISEASE, POLYOMA DISEASE, PACHECOS DISEASE, AND PSITTACOSIS DISEASE. THE COST FOR ALL 4 TESTS THROUGH ANIMAL GENETICS IS $55.00. WE WILL ONLY REQUIRE IT ONCE AS LONG AS YOUR BIRD IS NOT HOUSED WITH ANY UNTESTED BIRDS OR BOARDED ELSEWHERE THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE DISEASE TESTING.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE NEED TO KEEP OUR RESIDENT BIRDS SAFE, AND WE ALSO WANT TO ENSURE THAT YOUR FEATHERED FRIEND IS SAFE EVERYTIME IT IS BOARDING WITH US. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO ASK.

WE ASK FOR YOUR HONESTY WHEN BOARDING AT PARROT OUTREACH. PLEASE KEEP THE SAFTEY OF OUR BIRDS AND THOSE OF OTHER BOARDERS AS A PRIORITY. ENSURING YOUR BIRD HAS NOT BEEN IN CONTACT WITH UNTESTED BIRDS OR WITH BIRDS THAT ARE SICK IN ANYWAY IS A REQUIREMENT OF NOT HAVING TO TEST AGAIN PRIOR TO BOARDING. IF YOUR BIRD HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH UNTESTED BIRDS PLEASE SCHEDULE A TIME TO COME IN AND RE- TEST. DISEASE CAN BE AIRBORNE AND SPREAD THROUGH A FACILITY LIKE A RESCUE RAPIDLY. PLEASE RESPECT EVERYONE'S HEALTH.
