1) IMPORTANT: In the middle of this application form is a space to upload a video - this is the most important part of the application form so please make sure to complete this section before submitting your form.

2) Even if you are just starting your BSc please feel free to apply. We won't be able to provide BSc/MSc applicants with any work until you start Stage 2 training / prof doc etc. But if you put together a great application we won't forget it!

3) If you are a BSc/MSc applicant, if you would like we will also add you to an email list with others in your year! We'll email you a few times a year to keep you updated on other opportunities at PEAK. We definitely won't spam you! 

4) Please don't send an email to accompany your application unless it is a question that we have not already addressed.
(On this form there is a box where you can add extra information if you wish).

5) This role will at least initially be freelance. However, we are keen to get as many people as possible into full time payroll positions. Having availability between 4-8pm (Mon-Fri) really helps with this. 

Please add your availability based on your average week. If you have more time during school holidays please disregard that, we need your worst case scenario availability. 

Don't worry if you don't have a lot, we just want to build as clear a picture as possible about how many clients we can give you on different days/times.

When considering your availbility it may be worth noting that 6-10am and 4pm-late are the times that we are most keen to fill.

This video acts as an interview - so you won't ever need to do one with PEAK!

The purpose of this section is to get a feel for who you are, your personality and your goals! (Please try to avoid reading from a script).

Record a short video and upload it above (~a couple of minutes is fine and try not to go too far over 5 minutes). In this video you'll talk about the following;

1) A short introduction about yourself.

2) Your career goals pre and post becoming fully qualified.

3) What you would like from PEAK; a full time or part time role and what you would like your relationship with PEAK to look like going forward, again pre and post becoming fully qualified.

When you upload and share via Google, please make sure the link you share is 'public' - so that anyone with the link can view it and therefore we don't need to request permission to view your video. We won't share the link/video with anyone who isn't essential to the application process. 

^Having a headshot is really helpful for us as it helps to keep track of applications. When we have 10 people called Matt apply, it's tricky to keep track of who is who! Being able to put a name to a face makes things so much easier for us!
Uploading is optional but I would really appreciate it!
