PEARLS is a youth focused organization where we also provide services within various schools throughout Greater Cleveland. With this, those interested in providing continuous services to youth must obtain a background check with PEARLS and the school districts that we service. Background checks must be covered by the interested volunteer and should be mailed to Positively Empowering and Restoring Ladies Self-Esteem, Inc. and/or the school district and must adhere to the respective district’s policies and procedures.

Mandatory Volunteer Training

Our Squad Sessions are held bi-monthly. During this time, our leaders will discuss the history of PEARLS as well our volunteer guidelines! Interested candidates must attend a training before volunteering can begin. In the case you cannot attend our group sessions, our leaders will schedule time to conduct a one-on-one to complete.
