Professional of the Year
The PGA in England (Midlands) PGA Professional of the Year Award 2025 celebrates a PGA Midlands Region based PGA Professional whose contributions to golf, their club/facility and the broader golfing community embody the spirit of being a PGA Professional and showcase exceptional breadth and depth of impact.

This nomination form is open to both PGA Members and non-Members and is designed to highlight the achievements of your nominated PGA Professional between 01/12/24 and 30/11/25.

Rather than a general statement of support, you are required to answer a series of questions that will help the selection Committee better understand your nominee's impact and highlight why they deserve this recognition.

Both PGA Members and non-PGA members can submit one or multiple nominations.
