PGA Members can use this form to register their interest in joining the Midlands Regional Committee. Please note, all applicants:
- Are required to have an attachment in the Midlands Region
- Are required to hold Accredited Status
- Are required to be a Full, Honorary or Life Member
Please provide detailed responses, as the information submitted will serve as the primary basis for selection. Use this form to showcase the skills, experience, and perspective you would bring to the Committee.
The Midlands Regional Committee is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that welcomes a broad range of perspectives. It values representation across backgrounds, professional experience, and viewpoints, recognising that a strong Committee reflects the breadth of the PGA Membership itself.
Committee seats are appointed on a rotational basis, ensuring that opportunities to apply will continue to arise as terms conclude. An unsuccessful application may reflect that the current Committee already encompasses similar skills or experience. Applicants are encouraged to remain engaged and to reapply when future vacancies become available, as all expressions of interest are valued and contribute to the ongoing strength of the Committee.

- As part of the ongoing governance changes, Members appointed through this process may be assigned a transitional term. A transitional term is defined as any period of service shorter than the standard four-year term. Upon completion of a transitional term, a Member will remain eligible to serve up to two full consecutive terms thereafter. The allocation of transitional terms will be established using a predetermined and transparent process.
- Expressions of interest are invited from Wednesday, 5 November, and will close at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 19 November. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
