THE 2021 PJ GOES TO CAMP PRGRAM HAS CLOSED.
Requests for a PJ Goes to Camp access code received through this website after June 2, 2021 will not receive a code. For additional information, please see our program messages at our website www.pjlibrary.org/camp .
PJ Goes to Camp is ONLY for campers who are:
1) from a PJ Library family and are
2) attending a participating overnight camp
3) for the first time
4) for 12 or more consecutive days.
If you do not meet all four of these criteria, please do not complete this form. You will not receive an access code.
If you are a day school student entering the lottery, each camper may enter the lottery only once. Duplicate entries will be deleted.
Read the information below and then scroll to the bottom of this page to complete your access code application request.
Parents must complete the form below to:
- request a PJ Goes to Camp / One Happy Camper access code, OR
- to apply for our day school student lottery (Oct 1 through Nov 15), OR
- to apply for the day school student wait list (after November 15th), OR
- to find out if their child is eligible for a PJ Goes to Camp grant.
In order to determine a camper’s eligibility to receive an access code for this grant, we require that all the information on the form be completed.
Once you have completed and submitted this form you will receive a confirming e-mail. You are advised to keep that confirming e-mail until you receive the access code or lottery response. If you do not receive a confirming e-mail you have not submitted this form correctly. PJ Goes to Camp is not responsible for forms not properly submitted.
Within three business days of when you complete this request for an access code you should receive an e-mail from the PJ Goes to Camp office with the access code you will need to complete that application. If you are applying for the day school student lottery, you will receive an acknowlegement of your application within three business days. Please monitor both your e-mail inbox and SPAM folder for this notification. Our notifications may require actions on your part within 72 hours of receipt of the e-mail and your inaction will cause your access code to expire. PJ Goes to Camp is not responsible for mis-directed e-mails or deadlines missed by applicants.
About Our Grants
Rules and regulations of the PJ Goes to Camp program can be found on our website www.pjlibrary.org/camp. This form is NOT an application for a camp incentive grant, it is only a request for a PJ Goes to Camp / One Happy Camper access code.
The individual PJ Goes to Camp OHC access code that you receive indicates that an incentive award from PJ Library® has been reserved for your child. That grant must be claimed by completing a One Happy Camper (OHC) application at the OHC website www.onehappycamper.org within three business days of your receipt of the code.
After you complete your OHC application, we will verify the camper's registration with your camp. Your award of of a PJ Goes to Camp campership will be confirmed through e-mail beginning in February, 2021, and payment will be made directly to your camp beginning in April, 2021.
