• Notice of concern form

  • Please be advised that PLPOA staff do not provide immediate responses or resolutions to reported concerns. If a concern occurs after hours or involves a potential issue related to an Archuleta County ordinance, property owners are encouraged to contact the appropriate authorities before submitting a concern form.

Matters such as dogs at large, excessive noise, fire-related activities, or parking in the roadway may be addressed directly by responding law enforcement or code enforcement officers, who have the authority to issue a summons or complaint if necessary. In situations involving an immediate threat to life or personal safety, please dial 911.

A PLPOA Community Liaison will make an effort to contact the property owner; however, responses may take several days. For concerns involving Vacation Rental Properties, please call the 24-Hour Vacation Rental Complaint Line at (970) 585-6029 in addition to submitting an online form.

As a matter of privacy, we do not share information about any property with anyone other than the property owner. Therefore, we are unable to provide updates regarding the status of submitted concerns. Likewise, we do not disclose information about the individual submitting the concern.

Please note that any Notice of Concern form that is incomplete or contains unclear information (such as a street name instead of a full address) may not be processed.
