• Event Space Rental Request Form

    Please complete this form to request use of the Pagosa Lakes Clubhouse event space. Provide accurate and complete information so your request can be properly reviewed. This is a request form only — submission does not guarantee approval. Once received, your request will be reviewed, and you’ll be notified by email within 48 business hours regarding both availability and eligibility for your requested date and time.
  • You can STOP HERE you are not eligible to rent.  Rental is only available to nonprofits and PLPOA members (owners and renters - residential and commercial)

  • Alcohol Information:

    If You’re a Nonprofit and Alcohol Will Be Served or Sold, the following are required:

    • You have Liquor Liability Insurance with at least $1,000,000 in coverage.
    • PLPOA must be listed as an Additional Insured on both the general and liquor liability policies.
    • Proof of insurance must be submitted to PLPOA no later than 7 days before your event.
    • You may also need a Special Event Permit from Archuleta County or the Town of Pagosa Springs.
    • You must follow all state and local liquor laws at all times.

    If You’re a Private Party

    • You may provide and serve alcohol to your guests.
    • You cannot sell alcohol or collect any money related to alcohol, food, or beverages.
    • BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) by guests is not allowed.
    • You must report alcohol use on your rental form—this changes your deposit and insurance rate.

    Insurance Information

    For Nonprofit Events
    You must provide:

    • A Certificate of Liability Insurance
    • Listing PLPOA as Additional Insured
    • Coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
    • Covering your event date(s) and location
    • Submitted at least 7 days before the event
    • If alcohol is included, follow the additional liquor insurance requirements above

    For Private Rentals

    Private renters are no longer required to add PLPOA to a homeowner’s policy.
    Instead, PLPOA provides the necessary coverage as part of your rental, at a non-negotiable fee based on your event type:

    • $50 – $200 depending on event size and alcohol use.
