    Called

Throughout the Regional Council, the working groups and councils rely on the wisdom of diverse peoples who make up our communities of faith. Some feel they are answering a spiritual call when they apply for volunteer roles for the Regional Council; others have been nominated by friends and colleagues who recognize that their abilities are just what the church needs.

    Representation

Diversity—in terms of racial and ethnic background, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical abilities, geographical location, vocation or economic status—makes us strong, and our church is committed to proactively addressing inequities and historic patterns of exclusion. We openly encourage nominations to reflect the many expressions of God’s people.
