This form will be time stamped, and will therefore be used to determine the performance order at Tournament of Champions.

First entry received = Last Prelims Performance Slot of the Day.
Last entry received = First Prelims Performance Slot of the Day.

Per the TOC Procedures Manual, the returning Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion, and NC Roll of Honour winners from 2025 will have first refusal of the last three performance slots of the afternoon.

By pressing SUBMIT, you understand that your band's performance time will be determined by the timestamp of this form. The earliest submissions will perform the latest.

After clicking submit, the performance agreement download form will appear at the bottom of the thank you page, as well as emailed to you. You are expected to download this form, sign it, have your Principal sign it, and mail it along with your contest fee of $400 within two weeks of this submission.

If you register after March 10th, 2026, your registration will be due with a fee of $500

This will finish the registration process and will ensure your band's performance in the 2025 Tournament of Champions. If you do NOT mail your agreement form and contest fee within the two week time frame, this submission will be VOID and you will need to RESUBMIT this form. Your time stamp for performance times will also be lost.
