TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION
Attendee may cancel their registration by providing written notice to the USOPM so that it is received at least thirty (30) days prior to the Engagement, in which case the USOPM will return 75% of fee paid by Attendee.
In the event that Attendee cancels the Engagement within fifteen (15) days of the Engagement, the entire fee shall be due and is nonrevocable.
The USOPM may cancel the Engagement at any time, in which case the USOPM shall promptly refund to the Client any payments received as Client's sole and exclusive remedy.
