Step 3: Reactions to Stress
We all respond to stress and fatigue differently. Most of the time we handle it in fairly consistently in our day to day interactions. Sometimes stress or fatigue can overwhelm us. Consider a time when you dropped your shoulders, said to yourself “ok, I just don’t care anymore” and then probably over-reacted to the stress. Most of us have 2-3 of these “emergency” ways to handle the situation and let off some steam.
