Class level guidelines:

Red Ball

Beginner: 6 months to less than 1 year of experience, basic throwing and catching skills, limited knowledge of forehands and backhands

Intermediate: 1 to 3 years of experience, developed catching & throwing skills, know how to hit forehands and backhands

Orange ball

Beginner: less than 6 months of playing experience or just transitioned from red ball

Intermediate: 2 to 3 years of experience, able to hit up to 10 balls over the net with another player. Minimum age for this class is 7yo.

Green ball

Beginner: less than 2 years of experience, or transitioning from orange ball

Intermediate: more than 3 years of experience. Able to rally, serve, play points and matches. Minimum age for this class is 9yo.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I affirm that the participant ("Child") has my consent to participate in any camp or program offered by PacificPine Sports Limited and/or PacificPine Tennis Limited.  I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in these programs, and I agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity, that my minor child or I may sustain as a result of said participation. I understand that there is an element of risk inherent in youth sports, and as parent/legal guardian of the Child I take full responsibility for his/her actions and physical condition. Furthermore, I understand that certain risks, dangers, and injuries due to things such as inclement weather, slipping, falling, exposure to infectious diseases, poor skill level or conditioning, carelessness, horseplay, unsportsmanlike conduct, premises defect, inadequate or defective equipment, inadequate supervision, instruction or officiating, and all other circumstances inherent to youth sports programs exist. Therefore, it is recognized that it is impossible for PacificPine Sports Limited and/or PacificPine Tennis Limited to guarantee absolute safety. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless PacificPine Sports Limited and/or PacificPine Tennis Limited and its representatives, volunteers, and agents from all claims or liability for loss, damages and/or injuries, to the named Child and/or any third parties person or property, caused by and resulting from any causes whatsoever.

MEDICAL RELEASE

I hereby give full permission for any and all medical treatment necessary to be administered to the Child in the event of an accident, injury, sickness, etc., under the direction of PacificPine Sports Limited and/or PacificPine Tennis Limited until such time as I may be contacted. I further give permission to the PacificPine Sports Limited and/or PacificPine Tennis Limited staff to use and disclose the medical information provided on this form for purposes related to such medical treatment. The release is effective for the time during which my child is participating in any of the camps or programs held at the ATP Official Development Center-Waterfall. I also hereby assume the responsibility for payment of such treatment.

LESSONS REMARKS

- A minimum of three (3) kids is needed to start a group. If there are not enough sign-ups to start the class, an alternative time and day will be provided.

- No refunds will be given under any circumstances. If a player has been enrolled and assigned to a group session and decides to drop out after the first week of the start of the term, no refunds will be issued.

- Make-up sessions will be offered in the event of cancellations due to weather conditions at our facility or coach's illness. These sessions will be scheduled in the next two (2) weeks after the end of the term only, based on coach availability. A maximum of three (3) make-up sessions can be redeemed per child, per term. Lessons cannot be carried over to the upcoming terms. If the options provided for rescheduling are not convenient, the lesson will be forfeited and charged.

- Each child is entitled to a maximum of one (1) make-up sessions per term due to illness. A doctor's note will be required for each absence within 48 hours. These sessions must be used during the term and cannot be made up after the term ends or carried over to the next term. If the options provided for rescheduling are not convenient, the lesson will be forfeited and charged.

- Sessions missed due to absence or travel do not qualify for make-up sessions and will be charged.

- In the event of a long-term injury or illness that prevents the student from attending multiple lessons, each case will be reviewed independently (with a medical note provided) to determine the possibility of make-up sessions.

- In case of Typhoon Signal 1 and 3, lessons will be conducted as normal unless notified otherwise by the coaches.

- In case of Typhoon 8 signal or higher is hoisted, all lessons will be postponed.

- If a session is canceled due to rain within 30 minutes, it will be considered a rainout and will qualify for a make-up session. If the session is interrupted by rain after 30 minutes, it will be considered a full lesson and charged accordingly.

- If a child is misbehaving and disrupting the class, the coach reserves the right to sit the player out. In case of repeated bad behaviour, the coach reserves the right to dismiss the student from the class.

- Above offers are subject to change without prior notice.

- ATP Official Development Center - Waterfall reserves the right of final interpretation.

PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO TAKING

I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing activities and social media.
