General Allocation Requests: will be processed within one week of submission. All general allocations will be automatially approved and applied to club accounts, if eligibilty requirements are met (i.e. your current balance is less than $100).
Special Funding Requests: will be processed within 48 hours and a member of the PSGA Budget Committee will contact you about setting up a meeting. For requests to be considered, at least one member of your team must attend a budget committee meeting (Thursdays at 1pm) and a general assembly meeting (Fridays at 12:15pm). You will receive a follow-up email from the budget committee once the full senate has voted on your special funding request.
PSGA will post information about approved funding requests to their social media. You will be contacted by the PSGA Media Manager after you event/travel to provide details and photos about your experience. You will have the opportunity to opt out at that time.
