Once enrolled in the rebate program, you will be automatically renewed for participation each calendar year. Re-enrollment will only be required if program terms change. To discontinue participation at any time, please contact Pace Lighting.
1. Annual Purchase Rebate
Earn 1% back on total annual purchases over $10,000 (before sales tax).
This rebate is calculated annually and applied as a credit to your account by January 31 of the following calendar year.
2. Annual Growth Rebate
Once your total annual purchases exceed $10,000, you become eligible to earn an additional rebate based on your year-over-year purchase growth with Pace Lighting:

*Growth is calculated based on total invoiced orders during the program year (January–December), before sales tax and after meeting the $10,000 annual purchase threshold.
Program Details & Exclusions
- Rebates are applied as a credit on account annually by January 31 of the next calendar year.
- Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Courtesy sales and large commercial or multi-family jobs over $50,000 are excluded from rebate eligibility at the discretion of Pace Lighting.
- This program does not apply to clearance or sale items clearly identified by Pace Lighting.
- To receive rebate credit, account must be in good standing with Pace Lighting.
- Annual purchases and rebates are measured on invoiced orders only, net of all discounts, credits, and returns.
- Pace Lighting will determine, at its sole discretion, whether earned rebates shall be credited to accounts and reserves the right to enforce this policy as warranted.
