The Jury Panel will consider the structure, presentation and clarity of each entry. Campaigns from 1st Jan, 2025 to 10th Jan, 2026 will be eligible for submission. Products or startups launched between last two years will be eligible for submission.

- Every case study file should be saved with the name of the company and category, it is being
submitted for. Additionally, the file should start with the following details: Category, Brand, and
Company Name.
DIGITAL APPLICATION / INNOVATION AWARD:
Each entry must include information under the following headings:
- Total Budget – Specify the investment made in developing and launching the product.
- Overview of Innovation/Platform – Describe the core idea, technology stack, and uniqueness of the software or application.
- Key Features & Functionality – Highlight standout features, ease of use, integrations, and user benefits.
- Implementation & Results – Explain how the product was deployed and provide measurable outcomes (e.g., user growth, efficiency improvements, cost savings).
- Solving Customer Problems – Demonstrate how the product addresses pain points, enhances user experience, and adds value.
- User Adoption & Feedback – Share insights on customer usage, testimonials, and satisfaction levels.
- Team Behind the Product – List key team members and their contributions to development and success.
- Why Should Your Product Win? – Explain what makes your software exceptional, innovative, and industry-leading.
- Demonstration of digital tool/software in terms of video or online.

COMPANY / INDIVIDUAL AWARDS:
Each entry must include information under the following headings:
- Details of the team/agency
- Agency/individual objectives
- Recent work example(s)
- Recent Achievements
- Challenges and how these were overcome
- Why do you think your entry should win,
- Every case study file should be saved with the name of the company/individual and category, it is being submitted for. Additionally, the file should start with the following details: Category, Brand, and Company/ individual Name.
Entries submitted for consideration must be launched between January 1, 2025 and January 10, 2026.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
All Material will remain Confidential to The Judges. Winning case studies may be used in post-event materials to promote best practice and permission will be sought from entrants before publishing these.
Please avoid Rejection by following these points:
- The entry must be a maximum of 5 pages in a form of Case Study or a Profile. Additional pages.
- Do not use fancy fonts; standard office fonts are preferred.
- File format should be PPT or PDF.
- Designing your own template is allowed; however, please follow the structure and adhere to the five-pages limit.
- Ensure you provide clear evidence of commercial success and ROI.
- Do not use outdated data and present it as new; our team will use verification tools to evaluate the data shared.
- This form is for one nomination per category. To submit additional nominations, please fill out a
separate form.
- Each product can be nominated in a maximum of three categories.
- 60% Data evaluation will be done by the specific platforms.
- Entries which have been entered in previous Pakistan Digital Awards nominations and have not
been significantly updated are not eligible for this year’s competition and will be disqualified from this competition.
- In the event that an entry is inaccurate or incomplete, does not comply with these conditions for
entry or is deemed, at the sole discretion of PDA, ineligible for any other reason, then the relevant entry will be disqualified and the entry fee will be forfeited.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the entry fee is non-refundable.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- PDA is not responsible for any type of registration or any vendor form after deadline.
- Participants make sure that all the possible procedure will be completed before deadline or they will have to face penalty in terms of number deduction.
- One must be the authorized individual to submit your submission. The management of PDA will not be responsible, if any complaint made by another party.
- Awards results are entirely based on participation in competition, therefore, if any company or
individual pressurizes or influences, the jury or the management; will be blacklisted on Pakistan Digital Awards.
- A Strategic partner or Sponsor does not have the right to influence the adjudication process.
If a strategic partner or Sponsor wishes to participate in the competition, they should consent to an agreement, not to influence the jury procedure.
- Pakistan Digital Awards reserves the right to reject any nomination any time, if the procedure won’t be followed.
