      • No chairs or tables are available; plan to bring what you will need. Booths requiring electricity must bring generators & extension cords. Do not count on the electricity at the park if it is necessary to operate your booth. Clearly mark your extension cord to avoid confusion during set-up/take-down. Booths are assigned by order of registration date and time. Your booth area will be measured (10' X 10') and marked with your vendor-registered name. Vendors are responsible for setup and cleanup. All trash needs to be taken to the dumpsters provided. No refunds will be given due to weather or personal circumstances beyond our control. No pets are allowed.

Vendor and food truck setup will be available from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM. All booths must remain set up and open until 3:00 PM. No early take downs.

Exhibitor may not hold the Pampa Chamber of Commerce, any of its board or committee members, the City of Pampa, or Gray County responsible in case of personal injury or damage to items on exhibit, both real or imagined.
