Every one of us, no matter how privileged, how confident, how healthy, feels the effects of isolation, despair, grief, chaos and loss. Though we could not have anticipated all the issues 2020 brought we do believe that building the capacity to manage hard times, and feel stronger because of them is a skill we could all benefit from. By building resiliency we build courage, strength, and confidence that sustains us through the inevitable ups and downs in this life. There has never been a better to time to learn about how to become more resilient.

  • Park University is excited to offer its first-ever Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) and to do so on a topic of such relevance to our lives today. The MOOC model allows Park to ensure open access to this important content for students, staff, faculty, alumni, and the public. Anyone can enroll in the MOOC for free to review the content at your own pace and to participate in dialogue with the course facilitators if you choose; however, participants who want to earn a certificate of completion from Park University can enroll in the “certificate track” for $45. The course will be open March 15th through December 1, 2021. No refunds will be issued for the course if it is not completed by the December 1 date.

We are looking forward to sharing the journey with you!
