This form is required for all meetings and events student organizations plan. All requests must be submitted to the Office of Student Life 10 business days in advance.

If you don't see the room you would like to use on this list, it's because you will need additional permission to reserve. Classroom spaces are typically not availble for club use.

The University does not manage the scheduling for English Landing Park. If you are wanting to host an event there you will need to get the event approved by Student Life and reserve the location with the City of Parkville.
