I hereby release Parsons Dance Foundation, Inc, staff, audition sites, and members of each of the foregoing entities (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability or claims arising out of or in any way resulting from my participation in the audition, including, but not limited to, the audition process, therefore, any injury, illness, damage, harm, stress (mental or physical), or disability (partial or total) suffered by me in connection with my participation in the audition, and I agree not to make any claim against the Released Parties as a result of my participation in the audition. I understand that my participation in the audition process shall be taken at my sole risk and expense. By signing below I confirm that I have read and accepted the conditions to my participation in the audition as set forth above. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights including the right to sue.
