I, the customer, agree with the following statements:

This rental equipment has been received in good condition and I will return it in the same condition. I agree to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment due to neglect or misuse.
I will not to loan, sublet or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location.
I understand There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness either expressed or implied. The person/s or organization renting this Equipment will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever.
I agree to give PartyCraft LLC staff access to the property where the equipment is located to deliver and/or pickup equipment at the agreed upon times, within a 2 hour window of arrival.
I understand and agree that I do not need to be present for the teardown and/or pickup of equipment and PartyCraft LLC staff will have access to the equipment at that time.
PartyCraft LLC will provide you with rental equipment for your event. Although we strive to be punctual, we reserve the right to arrive within a 2 hour window of the agreed upon time for delivery, setup, pickup, and/or teardown of the equipment due to unforeseen circumstances.
PartyCraft LLC will provide all labor for the setup and teardown of tents. Table and chair placement is the responsibility of the customer.
PartyCraft LLC provides tent rentals that require stakes to be put in the ground for stability and is not responsible for any property damage caused.
I will call Miss Dig at least 4 days before the scheduled arrival of PartyCraft LLC to have underground dangers located and marked. If I choose not to do this, I am responsible for any damage to underground utilities that may occur from tent stakes.
Tent rentals to be placed on concrete or asphalt require weighted bags. There is a $40.00/tent additional charge for use of bags. A water source must be available PartyCraft LLC staff to fill the bags. We are not responsible for any water bill charges.
PartyCraft LLC is not responsible for the cancelation of your event due to unforeseen circumstances such as the weather
PartyCraft LLC is not responsible for injury or damage to property or persons, due to wind and weather that may cause event tents to blow away.
PartyCraft LLC is not responsible for customer monetary loss, due to its being unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or severe weather.
In the event of a severe storm moving into the area, PartyCraft LLC reserves the right to collect all rental property to prevent damage to PartyCraft LLC property, customer property, and/or personal injury. The customer will be contacted via telephone as a courtesy, informing the customer that we are coming to collect rental items. There will not be a refund if this occurs.
Customer will immediately contact PartyCraft LLC in the case of malfunction with rented equipment, such as a tent blowing away, to allow PartyCraft LLC time to respond to such an event.
PartyCraft LLC reserves the right to charge the customer full replacement value of any item that is not returned or is destroyed beyond use, after an event. This includes tables, chairs, and tents and any part thereof.
Customer understands and agrees that a credit card or drivers license number must be saved to customer file for any charges related to damage, loss, non-return, or theft of items. If your card is charged due to non-return and the item is returned, we will issue a refund for the charged item, less the card transaction fees.
Customer agrees to pay a non-refundable* deposit at the time of booking, unless waived by PartyCraft LLC.
If a cancelation is invoked by PartyCraft LLC for any reason, I will receive a full refund of my deposit.
PartyCraft LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
*Non-Refundable Policy
Deposits will only be refunded up to 7 days prior to event and Credit Card Surcharge will be Deducted (3.5% + $.15/transaction)
