Cat Shelter Cleaner/Tech, Part-Time Contract
Do you like cats and the idea of making a little extra spending money? Imagine yourself surrounded by over 50 feline friends while you work at Pet Connection Cat Rescue Shelter near Avonmore, PA. We take in unwanted or injured cats, nurse them back to health, and find them good homes.

The position includes one fixed weekday (your choice), Saturday (required), and Sunday (preferred). Each shift is four hours, with a flexible start time between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. The weekday you choose must remain the same each week so everyone can plan their schedules.

Duties

·        Feeding and watering the cats

·        Washing food and water bowls

·        Scooping, washing, and refilling litter boxes

·        Sweeping and vacuuming floors

·        Doing the laundry

·        Reporting any problems or signs of illness

Requirements

·        Experienced in caring for animals, preferably cats

·        Dependable and responsible with your own transportation

·        Energetic and able to lift 25 lbs. (job is physically active)

·        Age 18 or older

·        $12 per hour (contract)
