- Please submit your announcement 10 business days before it needs to be presented.
- Promo video ideas will need to be submitted 5 weeks in advance with detailed script NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Your announcement script is subject to be edited for video announcement presentation.
- If it doesn’t apply to at least 80% of the audience, it may not be announced.
