A G R E E M E N T 

I'm so excited! Today is the day you've commited to gifting yourself some time out to have some fun and in treating yourself. In doing so you'll also be giving yourself the gift of legacy images and products that will outlive you so let's do this! Please read and complete the below agreement and lets start your journey! This self set it and forget it payment structure is completly in your hands and simple to set up so let's get started.

Client agrees to allow automatic credit/debit card payments to be processed by Square on behalf of Pearl Davies Photography per week, per fortnight or by month as per client instructions below.

The client is responsible for having sufficient funds in their bank account for automatic payments until the collection or invoiced amount has been paid in full towards their collection or product purchase.

Client acknowledges that all payments are non-refundable and due to the unique nature of Pearl Davies Products and Services no refunds may be made after the making of, ordering of or delivery of product/digital products and services. All payments will be credited towards your amazing digital and product purchase with Pearl Davies Photography.

The Client's (you) payment plan will start the day you (the Client) submit this completed agreement form with your recurring payments made as per your instructions below. Please note that after 3 uncuccessful attempts for the one payment occurs your plan will be cancelled automatically by our automated system and we will need to make alternative payment arrangements or restart your automation.

Payment plans are limited to 18 months duration or:
Up to 18 x Monthly Payments
Up to 40 x Fortnightly Payments
Up to 80 x Weekly Payments

Please note that products can not be picked up or posted until full payment of invoice is made. 

To work out your instalments, I wanted to give more control to you, the client. You get to decide how much and how often payments are made on your plan.

To plan out your instalments you have a few choices:
1. Divide your Pearl Davies collection or invoice amount by the Months, Fortnights or Weeks that are remaining until your session.

or

2. Divide your Pearl Davies collection or invoice amount by how much you feel comfortable paying either each Month, Fortnight or Week. 

If your session date has NOT yet been booked please apply your preferred weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment amount with appropriate recurring payments. Here is an online calculator if you want to play with numbers, please reach out if you need help with this.

If your session is complete please divide your collection amount by how much you would like to pay either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

BONUS PRODUCTS
Don't forget too - if you're doing a pre-session payment plan and make full payment no later than 30 days prior to your session date you will be eligable for Bonus Products, Premium Wardobe options and Bonus Sets! 

By signing, you authorise Pearl Davies Photography to charge your card for agreed upon purchases. Your information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account. You agree to All Sales Final policy outlined here as well as in your Contract, Session Guide and Prep Guide and you release Pearl Davies Photography from any further liability regarding any errors in printing, album design or craftsmanship.
